Description

• Easy remove by sliding side ways after winding has been complete.
• Instructions: place band around boot and through nose of tool and through slot in winding body. Using a 1/2” socket wrench or by hand wind the band until sufficient tension is applied. Rotate handle over the boot to lock the band. Slide tool free-end down with a hammer.
