Operation:
Choose a suitable sized bolt extractor, and drill a hole 0.5mm bigger than the bolt extractor
(Fig. 1).		 Remove the drill.
Insert the bolt extractor (Fig. 2).		 Turn the extractor anti-clockwise to remove the screw/bolt (Fig. 3).
