Description

  • Easy to fit centered commercial vehicle wheels.
  • This tool is screwed on and off with a standard commercial vehicle.
  • Prevents wheel bolt threads and bolt holes against damage.
  • Use with 1/2” ratchet head

Operation:
  1. Remove wheel assembly , and then clean wheel studs and mounting holes
  2. Install centering tools at 12, 4 and 8 o’clock positions (Fig. 1)
  3. Install wheel over centering tools.
  4. Install wheel lug nuts and lightly tighten.
  5. Remove centering tools and replace with remaining nuts.
  6. Tighten all nuts to wheel / stud to manufacturer’s specification.
 Note: Always follow truck, tire and wheel manufacturer’s recommended mounting and install procedures.
Remove centering tools before moving truck.
