Operation:
1.    Remove the fuel filter housing, place white plastic holder in a vice using the flats. (do not tighten up)
2.    Filter housing inside the holder, now tighten vice(no more than 30Nm).
3.    Fit the filter key to the tip of the housing and undo, remove old fuel filter.(reverse process)
